Straight from the world’s capital of mountain biking, Whistler is 20-year-old Amy Ertel. Amy got into mountain biking through her dad, who is still an absolute shredder.
Amy is compassionate and enthusiastic about reaching her goal of becoming one of the world’s best female multidisciplinary free-racers. With experience in downhill, enduro and Crankworx, Amy has her sights set on competing in the entire CWX World Tour, The Nines, Proving Grounds, Red Bull Formation for 2023 as well as participating in the FMB World Tour.
Outside of biking, Amy spends time hiking, fishing, running, skiing and creating content. Amy is also a nurse at the Squamish General Hospital where she spends her time caring for others.
