It’s unclear whether Nikita found BMX or whether BMX made its way into her life by itself. Discovering the discipline when she was 14, she quickly knew that riding BMX is what she wanted to do. From the moment she set foot on the pedals, it was like she was possessed and didn’t want to do anything else. From the challenge, the community to the creativity and the family that the sport brings with it, Nikita had found her new passion. Spending countless days and nights in skateparks has all paid off, with 3 UCI World Cup Overall titles on her name. 2021 proved to be Nikita’s most successful year, with a European Championship win, a silver medal at the World Championships and, of course, a bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics.
